My gram use to make these chocolate chip cookie for Christmas all the time. She has been gone for 15 years now and I am just craving them. They were so flat almost like a chip. She didn’t do it on purpose that is just how they came out, her and I were the only people that loved them.
I’ve found that if you use real butter in the recipe, they will flatten out. They also taste a lot better than using margarine.
