how to remove liquid wax from carpet

Anyone know of a good way to get wax out of carpet?
I was moving a candle that I had just blown out, and the wax was still liquid. Needless to say, I tipped it sideways and it spilled on the floor 
( It is completely dried and hardend now. Just wondering if anyone knows of anything, or anyway that I can remove it. Thanks in advance!!
Use a cloth. Place cloth over wax. Use a hot iron to iron the cloth. Wax will melt and soak into the cloth. May have to do it a couple of times to get all the wax out.
